If any additional work is required due to changes beyond our control or adjustments in the scope of work, we will always discuss and agree upon any further fees before proceeding.

Our fee structure is clear, transparent, and fair. We avoid hidden costs or surprise charges, openly communicating all fees and disbursements to ensure clients fully understand the financial aspects of their case before proceeding.

Other Expenses Included

We do not bill separately for the other expenses of a legal firm such as telephone calls, photocopying, printing, stationery, document storage and postage. 

Our fees do not include costs relating to third parties, such as the Home Office UKVI application fees. 

VAT

Where applicable, VAT will be clearly stated in our fees from the outset, providing you with a transparent and complete understanding of all costs involved. All fees quoted below are exclusive of VAT.

How long will my application take?

We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office UKVI will take to process your application. On the gov.uk website, you may view their service standards for applications made within the UK and from outside the UK.  

Typically, we aim to submit most applications within 3-6 weeks of receiving your instructions. However, this timeframe depends on the readiness of all required documentation and the strength of the application. If we anticipate any delays, we’ll inform you as soon as possible.
